Bug#939085: diffoscope: --progress causes exception about missing progressbar module

Dear Maintainer,
I think diffoscope depends on python-progressbar. This bug seems similar to https://bugs.archlinux.org/task/53505.

*Note* I installed diffoscope with --no-install-recommends, because the "full" install wanted 2GB of disk space.
