Some help with nroff_output_varies_by_locale_or_utf8

Hello!

I've ran reprotest on a package I maintain [1] and I've hit a problem
with UTF-8 chars in a manpage I wrote.

From what I understand, that problem is the
"nroff_output_varies_by_locale_or_utf8" one. That manpage is being
generated by rst2man from a .rst file.

I couldn't find any information online on how to tackle this problem.
Since my name has an "é" in it and I've written a few manpages already,
I fear this will affect other packages.

Could someone help me out with this? I've attached the diffoscope output
in this mail. The .debs created by reprotest can be found here [2].
