Request for help to make mariadb-10.3 in Debian reproducible

it's an
    &keep-artifacts
in the querystring of the scheduling cgi-bin.

Having said that, I triggered a build for mariadb-10.3 for
bullseye/amd64 that (assuming no bugs since I don't think this feature
hasn't been used for a while!) should preserve artifacts.  bullseye so
that build path change doesn't influence the build, for an easier start.
