Bug#964722: debrebuild: please add option for rebuilding in the same path

Dear Maintainer,

please add an option (--rebuild-in-same-path?) for rebuilding in the same path
as the .buildinfo specified. Thus the generated sbuild call needs to call sbuild
using the --build-path=XXX option, where XXX is the path from the .buildinfo
file.
