Quick look at Reproducible Builds progress in Debian

Pretty modest improvement this month, but still progress.

I'm a little confused in how the numbers/percentages work out (e.g. +99
packages in unstable shouldn't bump +0.2%) but ... this is just a
rough measure after all.
