Hi,

On triggering the salsa pipeline for prime-phylo on salsa, the
reprotest job fails[1]
There is a difference in the debug symbols .debs

On taking a look at both debdiff and diffoscope, it seems (to me) that it is a
buildpath issue, and I checked if -ffile-prefix-map is missing, and it
wasn't really missing.
It's hard for me to parse the diffocope logs, and I'm unsure where to
start debugging this and hence need help there.
