Galera 4 reprodicibility on i386 - help needed

Thanks to Vagrant and Chris for looking into MariaDB/Mroonga reproducibility.

I would also like to request help with Galera 4, which fails to build
in a reproducible way on i386 only:

Upstream is responsive and helpful, but they might need a bit of
direction from you to help find out what exactly to debug and what is
happening on the reproducible builds:
