testing of bookworm has begon

I've just deployed this commit:

jenkins.debian.net master 1c5b2ef Holger Levsen TODO bin/reproducible_scheduler.py * reproducible Debian: start scheduling tests for bookworm * https://deb.li/3U8D4

It will take some more hours until the first bookworm packages will be tested,
due to the way scheduling etc works. Then, at least the dashboard will still
miss the bookworm graphs... IOW: expect some things to be bumpy for the upcoming
days and please do point out problems here, so we are aware and can address
them.
