while this is great, shouldn't we run these automatically? :)

https://ci.debian.net/packages/d/diffoscope/unstable/amd64/ shows autopkgtests
against that new file version succeeded. (how) can we plug build time tests
into that system? else writing some small jenkins job should be easy but surely\
someone must have invented this wheel already?!?
