The URL mentioned above has links to the  logs in the sidebar at
the left.

It did succeed on the first build, but failed on the second build. It
seems there were some test suite failures:

  https://tests.reproducible-builds.org/debian/logs/unstable/amd64/haveged_1.9.14-1.build2.log.gz

Maybe this is the error?

  Check Fail: chisqr:99.670454% not in 1.000000-99.000000
