idempotent rebuilds

I believe rebootstraping Debian via Guix, and then "just" bootstrapping
trixie, might be a worth trying/doing *and* probably for a variety of reasons
will be much simpler than achieving idempotent rebuilds.

but hey, one never knows until one tries! ;)
