Package: reprotest
Version: 0.7.29
Hi. I have been trying to fix faketime, which was broken on 32-bit
platforms by the 64-bit time_t transition and hasn't migrated for a
long time. My latest attempt included an unreleased new upstream
version, whose diff I eyeballed.
That new upstream version breaks reprotest's tests (including on
amd64). I had a look at the log
https://ci.debian.net/packages/r/reprotest/testing/amd64/56536798/
but the nature of the problem is unclear to me from that.
Apparently a run of reprotest either succeeded unexpectedly,
or failed unexpectedly. Perhaps failed, because there's
Binary files /tmp/tmp1okau3o1/control/reprotest_0.7.29_all.deb and
/tmp/tmp1okau3o1/experiment-1/reprotest_0.7.29_all.deb differ
at line 2545.
Do you have any time available to help debug this? I'm hoping you
have some knowledge of the structure of reprotest's test suite.
Probably, some call is being handled differently by the new faketime.
Thanks,
Ian.
