Build with DEB_BUILD_OPTIONS="nocheck" when testing for reproducibility?

yes, and eg gcc-14 has been reproduced on https://reproduce.debian.net in
the recent past, even though not currently.

yes, I now think so too.

https://wiki.debian.org/BuildProfileSpec also specifies that no change
is expected when building with DEB_BUILD_OPTIONS=nocheck so I think I'll
implement this soon!

(unless someone brings good arguments against that.)
