Dear Maintainer,

please apply the attached patch to pick up CFLAGS from 
dpkg-buildflags. This will setup build path stripping etc, and help 
make your package reproducible.

Rebuilding cc65 twice with the patch using debrebuild results in a 
(for me) reproducible package.
