Hi,

The `diffoscope` autopkgtests are failing with the new version of 
`black` since its formatting rules are changed (via the 
`pytest-with-recommends` test).

I feel `diffoscope` should move this particular test to a CI-only test 
(possibly by means of @skipIf), so it does not cause FTBFS nor 
autopkgtest failures when `black` changes its formatting rules.
