Bug#1141359: diffoscope: test failure with newer versions of zipdetails

This package fails to build with newer versions of /usr/bin/zipdetails,
including the one in the current libio-compress-perl package in sid,
and the one bundled with (still unreleased) Perl 5.44.0.

The build log is not very easy to read, but I see at least a trivial
output change from 'zipdetails tests/data/test1.zip' on current sid
with and without the libio-compress-perl package:
