Dear Maintainer,

diffoscope build-depends on apksigcopier but that has been removed from forky
on 2026-08-13, thus his prevents diffoscope's remigration to forky as well.

(apksigcopier itself is blocked due to #1140940: autopkgtests fail: APK integrity
 check failed)
