[Resolvconf-devel] Please allow resolvconf 1.42 into testing

Hi release shepherds,

Please unblock resolvconf 1.42.  Compared with version 1.41 which is currently
in testing, version 1.42 adds two magic comment lines to the initscript which
are needed in connection with insserv.


> # X-Start-Before:    networking ifupdown
> # Should-Stop:       networking ifupdown


Apart from that, the only change is the updating of two translations.  Here
is the changelog entry for 1.42.
