[Resolvconf-devel] Bug#567059: Applies to interface configurers too

retitle 567059 resolvconf installation should trigger suppliers of nameserver information to do just that
stop

Not just caching nameservers but all suppliers of nameserver
information (including interface configurers) should register
themselves when triggered to do so.  Then the user would not
have to down-up interfaces after resolvconf is installed.
