[Resolvconf-devel] Bug#608933: Teach resolvconf that bind9 uses /var/run/named

The bind9 package uses /var/run/named, but the resolvconf
package thinks it uses /var/run/bind.  Below is a trivial
debdiff to hopefully fix this.
