[Resolvconf-devel] Use update-notifier's notify-reboot-required?

Resolvconf 1.55 (soon to be released) puts up debconf notes that
recommend reboot after installation and removal.

(Reboot is recommended given that:
* on install, resolvconf doesn't necessarily get informed of all the
nameserver addresses that have already been obtained;
* on remove, nameserver addresses aren't necessarily all dumped
back into /etc/resolv.conf and certainly not necessarily in the right
order.)

Any opinions on whether we should (also) make use of update-notifier's
notify-reboot-required feature?
