[Resolvconf-devel] Welcome to Sander van Grieken

Sander van Grieken has volunteered to help out with maintenance of
resolvconf in Ubuntu.

Welcome, Sander!

As I have already mentioned to Sander, I am currently unable to fix bugs in
the Ubuntu version of the package because I don't know enough about how
upstart works in Ubuntu.  Second, I don't know how one goes about getting
fixed packages released in Ubuntu.  Help from Sander, or anyone else, will
be much appreciated.
