when I update a po file, I always keep the line as is as long as it still works
as most of us don't claim something like ownership, it's only a garnish.
so who has his time to update when needed, will just do it

this should be debian-japanese@, as debian-doc at debian.or.jp
 does accept posts only from subscribed address, otherwise moderated
