[Resolvconf-devel] Bug#754383: /etc/ppp/ip-up.d/000resolveconf does not run before the other scripts

Description:

/etc/ppp/ip-up.d/000resolvconf is supposed to run before the other
scripts in the directory, but doesn't, because its name has only 3
digits, while the other filnames have 4. Rename to 0000resolvconf.

The same probably applies (supposed to run before the others?) for
/etc/ppp/ip-down.d/000resolvconf.
