Well, the FB630P, FB330P, N640P and N340P are supported by drivers I
have been working on. A driver for FB630U is in development, but as
far as I know, that is the only Canon USB scanner with any kind of
open-source driver in progress. You might want to email the maintainer
of this project, though, and ask him:
