It's possible to add a link to it on the sane-backends page, if you
send me a *.desc file (see the other *.desc files in the backend/
directory). I will include this file in CVS and generate
a new HTML page. However, we can't include the code into the package
itsself because it uses C only. What is a "dv-decoding lib" and what's
the problem with it?
