[sane-devel] Cant' download Xsane-Win32

I changed the permissions of the xsane-win32 binaries at

	ftp://ftp.mostang.com/sane/xsane

thanks for the information about it.

I just did a test download from www.xsane.org with more than 80 KB/s,
so I do not think that the server has a problem in the moment.
