[sane-devel] gt68xx (pre-)backend updated

Hello!

I just have placed a new version of the development code for
GT68xx-based scanners at:

In the version 0.0.6, AFE offset/gain autoconfiguration was implemented,
based on the code from David Stevenson <david.stevenson@zoom.co.uk>. 
Currently it was tested on the Mustek BearPaw 2400 TA, seems to work.

It is possible that the GT6801 support was broken by this; changing the
first #if 0 to #if 1 in gt68xx_scanner_calibrate() (gt68xx_high.c)
should restore the old behavior (without the autoconfiguration).

A note about the dark images: I have noticed that the default settings
of the Windows driver have gamma=1.6.  In my program this gamma
correction is not implemented; however, if you do it in GIMP or
ImageMagick, the result seems to be close to the Windows-scanned images.
