Most of the extensions and fixes are excellent.

However it still doesn't make any sense to use MIME descriptors in the
frame type. Please don't do this, the TIFF JPEG annex should be ample
evidence that people have tried making this type of mistake and they
regretted it, enough in that case to abolish a published standard.
