[sane-devel] Odd pictures returned

Thanks for the advice to upgrade.  I did so and, tada, she worked!  Now
the problem I have is that the pictures I'm getting back from the scanner
have a gradient of grey/blue/green lines down them... The example is at
www.mikekelland.com/out.pnm .  It's an N656U scanner with SANE 1.0.9-2
(debian package).  I've tried playing with the setting a little but I
can't completely get rid of the lines... any help would be greatly
appreciated!
