Sure...

I had to unload the modules parport, parport_pc and lp. In the 
/etc/sane.d/dll.conf I've deleted all entries without the mustek_pp 
(which has to be uncommented). Then I've edited the 
/etc/sane.d/mustek_pp.conf and set the Port to 0x378. I've also 
uncommented the entry of the SM-4800P (ScanMagic) and commented the 
entry of the Medion-Scanner.
After that, i started
   # scanimage -L
and I where happy :), there was a SM-4800P

So und nun das ganze noch auf Deutsch:
Zuerst habe ich die Module parport, parport_pc und lp entladen. Danach 
habe ich in der /etc/sane.d/dll.conf alle Eintrage bis auf den mit dem 
mustek_pp gelöscht und diesen entkommentiert. In der 
/etc/sane.d/mustek_pp.conf musste ich dann noch den Medion-Scanner 
kommentieren und den Eintrag vom ScanMagic 4800P entkommentieren. Ebenso 
habe ich den Port auf 0x378 gesetzt.
Als ich danach
   # scanimage -L
startete stand da ein SM-4800P und ich war fröhlich :)
