[sane-devel] ftp.mostang.com back up

As some of you noticed, the SANE ftp server was down the last couple
of days.  It should be back up now, with a new IP address:

	ftp.mostang.com 66.187.233.232

Recursive directory listing (ls -R) should also work again, so the
mirrors will hopefully pick up the new stuff soon again.  Thanks to
Matthew Galgoci <mgalgoci at redhat.com> for getting this resolved.
