Hi,

New example HTML pages:
http://www.meier-geinitz.de/sane/tmp/sane-backends-4.html
http://www.meier-geinitz.de/sane/tmp/sane-backends-mfg-4.html

Changes:

* All manufacturer URLs are printed on the manufacturer page

* Status is per model now. If no model status is available,
the backend status is used. I have removed the backend status from
the tables to avoid confusion. For an example, look at the "aaa
  test" manufacturer.

There is quite a lot of work to update all the .desc files.

What about scanners listed in the .desc files with comments like
"not supported". Should we remove them from the .desc files? The
"not supported" may not be true for a different backend. The other
solution would be to add a :status value of :unsupported. However,
in my opinion, we shouldn't list unsupported scanners.

* Quick links to all manufacturers.

Comments?

Bye,
  Henning
