[sane-devel] New program for generating HTML lists from backend description files

I have added support for model status :unsupported. That way you can
mark scanners explicitely unsupported for a backend. Some backends do
this currently. In most cases, I wouldn't recommend that, but
sometimes it may make sense. Please don't start adding every scanner
not supported by your backend :-)

Also in these files are some small changes to the unmaintained .desc
files which I have updated in CVS. Mostly :status additions and
bugfixes.

For the maintained backends, I will post a separate list with problems
in .desc files.
