[sane-devel] epson 1250-how to get working?

I saw plustek/hp2200 driver is supposed to work with epson 1250

I have rpms for

sane-1.0.7-6.ximian.6

xsane-0.84-2.ximian.1

sane-frontends-1.0.7-2.ximian.1

xsane-gimp-0.84-2.ximian.1

sane-devel-1.0.7-6.ximian.6

and I have scanner module compiled

how do i get a driver associated with it, and get it working with sane, etc?
