[sane-devel] Epson Perfection 1650 - No scanners were identified

Edit epson.conf (probably in /usr/local/etc/sane.d/ if you used the
default paths). At the end of the file, there are entries like 
"#usb /dev/usbscanner0". Remove the comment character and use the
device file name you got from sane-find-scanner.
