[sane-devel] Snapscan (Acer stw 4300U)

Thanks for the response.

I found 2 problems after some more poking around. The scanner
needed some sort of reset as it was in a state that was like it was
turned off in mid scan, I' not sure what happened there. And secondly it
needed the firmware ;-) which was obtained at the Benq (?) website.

Is there a way to send a reset to the scanner to send it to it's 'home'
position?
