The Linux USB id list shows:

0x04a5 = Acer Peripherals Inc.
0x20b0 = S2W 3300U/4300U

Have a look at the snapscan backend. At least snapscan.conf contains:

# Benq/Acer/Vuego 3300 / 4300
usb 0x04a5 0x20b0

Please report if your scanner works, so it can be added to the list of
working devices.
