[sane-devel] Configuring Umax Astra 1220S on USB-SCSI adapter

Hello Dom,

the umax-backend uses the scsi protocoll to talk to the device.
It does not know anything about usb. When you have a linux
driver for the USB-SCSI adapter that makes available the
scanner as a scsi device (cat /proc/scsi/scsi) then you could
have a chance.
