[sane-devel] Mustek Bearpaw 1200 CU and SANE ...

Hi,

I've been becoming quite confused while I try to work out what the
most appropriate backend is for this scanner, if any.

>From /proc/bus/usb/devices:

P:  Vendor=05d8 ProdID=4002 Rev= 1.00

I think that this is therefore a gt6801-based scanner, for which there
isn't a SANE backend at all ... but I might be wrong.

In any case, which is the appropriate place to start looking for a
driver (or helping to write one, though I have no experience of SANE,
USB, etc. ...)?
