Hi,

I've updated the sane manual page in some aspects. Here is the
ChangeLog:

  Reorganization. Updated DEVELOPER'S DOCUMENTATION. Rewrote PROBLEMS
  in a more user-centric way. Added "HOW CAN YOU HELP" section. Added
  paragraph about SANE device lists. Updated CONTACT section. Minor
  additions to the gt68xx and plustek entries. Minor spelling fixes.
	
Most of the changes occured because of the questions on this list and
on IRC.
	
Please have a look at the changed page and tell me about mistakes or
misleading information. I've placed the page here:
