a friend of mine has an HP2300C serial port scanner that we want to use with
mandrake 9.1 or any other distro, for that matter. i looked around a lot and
tried pretty hard with no avail. i guess now im just being optimistic in
asking this question. but is it supported? lots of docs told me it isnt.
i tried looking though the sane mailing list archive, but i only got 404s.
