[sane-devel] saned doesn't release the parallel port when finished

Hi Henning,

thanks for responding and sorry for the delay.

When I start saned -d128 (having commented it out of inetd.conf and
services) I get the following output on the terminal, see attached.
Also please find attached the contents of /var/log/messages (only those
relevant to this problem).
