[sane-devel] Please test sane 1.0.10

Hi,

Please have a look at our page of supported platforms at
http://www.mostang.com/sane/sane-support.html . If you have access to
a platform that hasn't been tested with SANE 1.0.10 (or isn't listed
at all) please test compiling sane-backends and sane-frontends and
report success/failure. Please add the information as listed in the
table on that page.

Quite some of the entries in that table have question marks because
scanning hardware was not available or X/gtk was not installed. More
data on those platforms would be useful.

The only additional data I currently have:

* linking on MacOS X seems to fail. Please provide more reports.
* linux/i386 with icc (intel compiler) fails because of trouble with
  inb/outb assembler macros (maybe libc/compiler problem)
