[sane-devel] Problem in setting up Xsane

Dear Stephen,

can you pls tell your general setup.

Is that like:
linux-machine
with scsi-card attached 1 cd-rom, 1 scanner
Xsane running on this machine?

You should remove the '# ' before localhost, if you are using Xsane on
the same machine where the scanner is attached.
You must insert the ip-adress of the machine where the scanner is
attached if it is a different machine.

There is no ip-number for a scanner, only for machines in the network.
WHat do you mean with "but still working on windows"?
