I don't think it's supported by SANE, at least I can't find it in the
lists. Can you provide more details, e.g. the vendor and product ids
and which chipset this scanner uses?

The only information I know is what's written on Jonathan's page:

And the Plustek site says "mostly working (0.45TEST4)".
