Hello,
with my Benq S2W 5000E I have the problem that after the first half
of the scanned area the scanner stops with the output:
bash-2.05a# scanimage
[sanei_debug] Setting debug level of snapscan to 2.
[snapscan] add_usb_device: error opening device libusb:001:002: Device busy
[snapscan] calibrate: reading calibration data (2 lines)
Segmentation fault
Same result with xscanimage.
bash-2.05a# scanimage -L
[sanei_debug] Setting debug level of snapscan to 2.
[snapscan] add_usb_device: error opening device libusb:001:002: Device busy
device `snapscan:/dev/usb/scanner0' is a Acer FlatbedScanner25 flatbed
scanner
here it gives the correct scanner number---------------------------------^^
but when I do:
cat /proc/bus/usb/devices
I receive:

I tried to change the firmware with acherfirm as you see above.
But with version 0.71 and 0.65 I get the same results.
