HP is very good in supporting printers (http://hpinkjet.sf.net/, 
http://hpoj.sf.net/). So if you buy an HP scanner, check whether it is 
mounted on top of a printer (HP OfficeJet and PSC series), then both the 
scanner and the printer work very well.
