[sane-devel] I can not use my HP Scanjet 2400 with Linux SANE does not support it. What can i do?

This HP ScanJet 2400. Digital FlatBed Scanner from Hewlet-Packard. It
will be nice if SANE will support it in the future. I will appreciate if
you can help me to use my scanner on Linux. I hope you find the
information sent in this mail useful to workaround the problem.

P.S.: How can i get the scanner chipset details without harm (open) the
scanner ?
