[sane-devel] "hp4200" backend detects non-HP scanners as HP ScanJet 4200

The patch I have taken is

sane-backends-1.0.10-hp4200-0.4.patch.gz

from

http://sourceforge.net/projects/hp4200-backend

but I had to tweak it to work with SANE 1.0.12. The resulting patch is

http://www.linuxprinting.org/till/tmp/sane-backends-1.0.12-hp4200-0.4.patch.bz2

I hope I did not break anything.
